Panel of nine judges of the Supreme Court of India have now given an unanimous decision that right to privacy is a fundamental right and is essentially a natural right to every individual. The judges have said that it is indeed inseparable and in alienable from human being. The judges have further said that the fundamental rights are the only constitutional fire wall to prevent state’s interference with those core freedom constituting liberty of human being.
